As the year turns, I’m editing my life down to what truly matters.

Mind
- Overthinking as self-protection.
- Explaining myself to be understood.
- Second-guessing the decisions I choose to make.
Relationships
- Softening my boundaries to keep the peace.
- Staying quiet to avoid discomfort.
- Changing who I am to fit in.
Energy
- Treating slowness as a flaw instead of a form of elegance.
- Being available by default rather than intentionally.
- Absorbing energy that isn’t mine.
Self-Image
- Dressing for others’ approval; now dressing for my own.
- Shrinking confidence to seem approachable.
- Needing validation to feel secure.
Creativity
- Creating only when it feels productive. I will create when I feel inspired.
- Comparing work to timelines that aren’t mine.
- Waiting to feel ready.
I don’t need to carry everything forward to move ahead.
